Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, we understand that plans can change! You can reschedule your painting appointment with us easily and without hassle. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice (72 hrs. for larger/multi-day projects) so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients smoothly. Simply contact our team by phone or email as soon as possible, we’ll work with you to find a new date that fits your needs. Our goal is to keep things stress-free and ensure your project still gets the full attention and quality it deserves.
What happens if I'm not home during the service?
No problem at all—we regularly handle projects where homeowners or business owners aren’t present during the workday. Our uniformed, background-checked professional painters will follow the agreed-upon plan from your estimate and consultation. We’ll:
– Use the access instructions you provide (e.g., key lockbox, smart lock code, or leaving a key in a secure spot)
– Protect all your belongings, furniture, and floors with premium coverings
– Perform thorough preparation, painting, and cleanup as outlined
– Take progress photos (with your prior permission) and send daily updates via text or email so you stay informed
– Securely lock up when we leave each day
We treat your home or business with the utmost respect and care as if you were there. For added peace of mind, you can always request a quick video walkthrough at the end of the day or schedule a final inspection together when you’re available. Just let us know your preferences during scheduling or the initial walkthrough, we’re happy to accommodate!
